De Israëlische bombardementen op Gaza hebben enorme schade aangebracht in Gaza-Stad. Om de oorlogsschade weer te herstellen, heeft de Westerse wereld snel een donorconferentie belegd. Maar is het wel zo vanzelfsprekend dat de internationale gemeenschap betaalt? Waarom bekostigt Israël niet de rekening van kapotgeschoten scholen en VN-gebouwen? Er werd gefilmd in Gaza en er wordt getoond dat alle ontwikkelingshulp aan de Palestijnse gebieden geen zin heeft zolang er niet serieus gewerkt wordt aan een Palestijnse staat.
